Victor and his defense team will give an update on the case and will speak on the OWS movement as well as on the immigration movement.
Victor Toro is facing deportation to Chile after being racially profiled on an Amtrak train in 2007. Supporters state that Toro has earned the right to stay in the U.S. with his family.
